Findable

Search engines and the answer assistants people now ask can read exactly what you do, where you work, your prices, your hours and the questions customers ask before they call. Six to ten of those questions are answered on the page, in plain words. When your domain is connected through us we tell Google and Bing the page exists, and you get a step-by-step guide to setting up your free Google Business Profile so it matches the page.

Unique to you

Your page is written from the answers you give us, not filled in from a template. The headline names your trade and your town, the about section uses your own facts, and nothing is claimed that you did not tell us: no invented awards, years, review counts or guarantees. Before it goes live it is checked for plain British English, for reading ease, and for being unlike any other page we have made.

Built to bring in enquiries

A tap-to-call button on phones, WhatsApp if you use it, a short enquiry form that emails you and keeps a copy you can see, a map, and one clear next step repeated down the page. Reviews appear only when they are real and you have permission to show them. Every published page comes with free review collection through Publiko, a reviews service run by our own company: a “Leave a review” button, and your reviews on the page once customers leave them.

Kept growing

With the care plan, each month we suggest one update written from your facts, publish it once you approve it, and send you a plain note of what changed and how many people visited, tapped to call, sent the form or opened WhatsApp. Measured without cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. You have a person to email when you need one, and your page’s files are yours to download from your dashboard at any time.

What is included

  • One page built to our full content standard: the copy written from your answers to the order form, with the headline naming your trade and your town and nothing claimed that you did not tell us
  • Sourced or customer-supplied images: your own photographs come first; where you have none we use a licensed or generated image and tell you which
  • Findable: built so search engines and the answer assistants people now ask can read exactly what you do, where you work, your prices, your hours and the questions customers ask before they call, with six to ten of those questions answered on the page and local search work for your area
  • Built to bring in enquiries: a tap-to-call button on phones, WhatsApp if you use it, a short contact form that emails you and keeps a copy for you, a map, and one clear next step repeated down the page
  • Checked automatically before you see it: every page must pass our checks for speed on phones, plain British English a general reader follows, nothing claimed that you did not tell us, and being unlike any other page we have made
  • Mobile-ready: works on phones, tablets and computers
  • Connected to a domain name you own, or a free address on our hosting
  • Hosted on the care plan that comes with it, told to Bing and the search engines that use IndexNow, and to Google while it is on our address, with a step-by-step guide to setting up your free Google Business Profile
  • Up to 20 changes before you publish the page, asked for from your dashboard. After you publish, changes are made through the care plan that comes with it
  • A free working preview within 3 hours of your answers, seen only in your dashboard and not on the internet until you approve it, pay and publish it
  • The care plan comes with it: paid for together with the website when you approve your preview, at the monthly price on the care plan, with a 12-month minimum term that is shown to you before you start

What is not included

  • More than one page
  • An online shop, bookings or payments
  • A logo or brand design
  • Writing about things you have not told us: we write your page from your answers, and we do not invent awards, years, reviews or guarantees
  • Photography or stock images we would have to buy
  • Email addresses and mailboxes
  • A domain name: use one you own, or a free address on our hosting

Anything on this list can be quoted separately.

Your preview and changes

You start with a free preview: give us your email, answer the questions in your dashboard, and within 3 hours of your answers a working preview of your page is in your dashboard, seen only by you and not on the internet. Ask for changes there, up to 20 before you publish. When you are happy, approve it and pay, and it goes live. If you do not, nothing is charged: we remind you after 7 and 25 days, the preview is removed after 30 days, and your answers and images are deleted 30 days after that. After you publish, further changes are part of the care plan.

What we need from you

9 items
  • Your business name, what you do and who you do it for
  • The area you serve and the town you work from
  • Contact details, opening hours and how you prefer to be contacted (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Your services with prices or a price guide
  • What sets you apart, in your own words, and anything you would rather we never said
  • Your qualifications, memberships, guarantees, insurance and years in business, if you want them shown (each one is optional; we only show what you tell us)
  • Reviews you would like shown, with permission from the people who wrote them
  • Your logo and photos if you have them (we will not use images you do not have the right to use)
  • Your domain name, if you have one

Order a one-page website

Care plan, £20 a month

Comes with the one-page website and is bought with it, with a 12-month minimum term; after that, cancellable any month from your order page. Keeps your page online with its security certificate, backed up and up to date, with changes in your own words from your dashboard, shown on a private preview before you publish them and a person to email when you need one, and a plain monthly note of what changed and who got in touch. Your page’s files are yours to download from your dashboard at any time.

What it covers

  • Hosting on a fast, secure network with a free security certificate (SSL)
  • Changes in your own words from your dashboard: ask for a change, see it on a private preview of your page in moments, keep adjusting until you are happy, then publish once. Changes made in preview are not counted, and your live page changes only when you publish and confirm exactly what is going live
  • Up to 2 requests a month that need a person, such as something the platform cannot change automatically; more than that are picked up the following month or quoted separately. A complaint or refund request always goes straight to a person and is never counted
  • A fair-use limit of 200 preview changes a month, far more than any page needs, so that a stuck loop cannot run on
  • Backups: every version of your page is kept, so any change can be undone, and your page’s files can be downloaded from your dashboard at any time
  • Email support with a reply within one working day
  • A monthly note of what changed on your page and how many people visited, tapped to call, sent the form or opened WhatsApp, measured without cookies
  • A one-page guide to asking customers for reviews within Google's rules, with a link you can send them; we never write reviews or offer rewards for them

What it does not cover

4 items
  • New pages or new features (quoted separately)
  • Your domain name and its yearly renewal, which you buy and pay for with your own registrar
  • Writing about things you have not told us, or reviews of any kind
  • Email addresses and mailboxes

Cancelling

12-month minimum term from the day the plan starts, then month to month. Within the 12 months the plan cannot be cancelled from your dashboard, except as the law allows: if you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of ordering and pay only for what has been supplied up to then. After the 12 months, cancel at any time from your dashboard; the plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for and nothing further is charged. Your page’s files can be downloaded from your dashboard at any time, so if the plan ends you can host it elsewhere.

Changes

Ask for a change in your own words

Your working preview is in your dashboard, at a private address. Ask for changes there, then publish it when you are happy: 20 rounds of changes included. After that, the care plan covers changes in your own words from your dashboard, shown on a private preview before you publish them.

What it includes

10 items
  • One page built to our full content standard: the copy written from your answers to the order form, with the headline naming your trade and your town and nothing claimed that you did not tell us
  • Sourced or customer-supplied images: your own photographs come first; where you have none we use a licensed or generated image and tell you which
  • Findable: built so search engines and the answer assistants people now ask can read exactly what you do, where you work, your prices, your hours and the questions customers ask before they call, with six to ten of those questions answered on the page and local search work for your area

  • Mobile-ready: works on phones, tablets and computers
  • A free working preview within 3 hours of your answers, seen only in your dashboard and not on the internet until you approve it, pay and publish it
  • Up to 20 changes before you publish the page, asked for from your dashboard
  • Hosted by us for 30 days after you publish it, so you can see it working
  • Then your page's files handed to you: the complete site, ready to upload to any web host, with a short guide to doing it

The handover

You start with a free preview: within 3 hours of your answers a working preview of your page is in your dashboard, seen only by you. Ask for changes there, up to 20 before you publish. When you are happy, approve it and pay, and it goes live. It is then hosted by us for 30 days; within those 30 days we give you your page's files with a guide to hosting them anywhere. If you never pay, nothing is charged, and the preview is removed after 30 days and its data deleted 30 days after that.

What it does not include

8 items
  • No hosting after the 30 days: on day 31 your page stops being served from our hosting, so move it to your own host before then
  • No email addresses or mailboxes
  • No changes after you publish the page
  • No support after the files are handed over
  • Nothing monthly: no care plan and no add-ons
  • No domain name: use one you own, pointed at your own host
  • More than one page, an online shop, bookings or payments
  • Writing about things you have not told us: we write your page from your answers, and we do not invent awards, years, reviews or guarantees

Cancelling

Nothing is paid until you approve your preview, so there is nothing to cancel before then. You pay when you approve it, and it is published at once at your request; if you are a consumer, the page is digital content made to your order and, once it is published, the 14-day right to cancel it no longer applies. If the published page does not meet the scope and we cannot put it right, we refund you in full.

Larger websites and software, quoted

Multi-page websites, online shops, booking systems, customer portals and the small pieces of software that save a business an afternoon a week. We agree the scope and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

How quoting works

  1. You tell us what you need, in your own words, on the quote form.
  2. We reply within one working day with questions or a written quote: what is included, what is not, the price and the delivery date.
  3. You accept the quote by email and we start. Nothing is charged until you accept.

What a quote always states

  • The scope, in plain English, and what is out of scope
  • The fixed price in pounds and when it is due
  • The delivery date and how many rounds of changes are included
  • Who owns what when it is finished
  • Which providers your content passes through

Prices and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling. The company is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price on this site.

Paying

Payment for the one-page website is taken by card when you approve your preview, through Stripe; the care plan is billed monthly the same way; quoted work is invoiced only once you have accepted the quote in writing.

Questions people ask

What do you need from me?

Your business name, what you do, the area you serve, your contact details and opening hours, your services with prices or a price guide, a few sentences about you, any reviews you would like shown, and your logo and photos if you have them. Your order page asks for each of these after you pay.

Can I update the page myself?

The page is plain HTML, so anyone comfortable editing a web page can change it. Most customers ask us instead: on the care plan, changes in your own words from your dashboard, shown on a private preview before you publish them.
