Order a one-page website

Let customers book a time while you work

Online booking: £10 a month

A "Book online" section on your website. A visitor chooses a service and a day, sees the free times in UK time, and books one with their name and email. You and your customer each get an email with a calendar invite, and your customer is reminded the day before. A time is never booked twice. You set your services, how long each takes, your opening times and the gap between bookings, and you see, move and cancel bookings in your dashboard.

Demonstration one-page website for a fictional physiotherapy clinic, showing appointment prices, the practitioner’s qualifications and a booking button
The live example is on Linden Physiotherapy, a fictional physiotherapy clinic.

What is included

  • A "Book online" section on your website: visitors choose a service and a day and book a free time, in UK time
  • You set your services and how long each takes, your weekly opening times and the gap you want between bookings, in your dashboard
  • You and your visitor each get an email with a calendar invite; your visitor gets a reminder the day before
  • You see, move and cancel bookings in your dashboard, and your visitor is told automatically
  • A time is never booked twice

What is not

  • No deposits or payments taken when booking
  • No sync with Google or Outlook calendars
  • Visitors give only their name, email, an optional phone number and an optional note; it never asks for health or other sensitive information

If you switch it off: The "Book online" section comes off your website; bookings already made stay in your dashboard.

Let customers message you in one tap

WhatsApp button: Free

A WhatsApp button stays in the corner of your website, on phones and computers. A visitor taps it and a chat with your business opens with a greeting already typed, so a question that would have been a phone call you missed becomes a message you answer when you are free.

Demonstration one-page website for a fictional hair salon, showing a price list by service, a photo gallery and a booking button
The live example is on Marlow Street Hair, a fictional hair salon.

What is included

  • A WhatsApp button on your website that opens a chat with your business, on phones and computers
  • It sits clear of your page's content and controls, and works with screen readers

What is not

  • Only for a website that lists a WhatsApp number

If you switch it off: The button comes off your site.

Answer visitors’ questions while you work

Website assistant: £12 a month

An assistant on your website answers visitors’ questions about your services, prices, hours and areas, from what your page and your answers say, at any hour. It says it is automated, never guesses a price or promises a time, and when someone wants you to get back to them it passes their name, number and message to you as an enquiry.

What is included

  • An assistant on your website that answers visitors' questions from your own facts: your site, your answers to us, and anything you add in your dashboard
  • It tells visitors it is an automated assistant, and when it does not know, it says so and offers your contact details, including WhatsApp when that is on
  • Real enquiries are passed to you by email
  • Every conversation is kept in your dashboard for you to read
  • Up to 300 conversations a month, protected from abuse

What is not

  • It never invents a price, a promise or availability
  • It does not ask for health or other sensitive information
  • It does not take bookings or payments

If you switch it off: The chat comes off your site; conversation records are kept for the retention period.

Try it here: the assistant in the bottom left corner of this website is the same one

Answer your customers’ questions before they ask

Journal: £10 a month

Each week an article appears on your website answering a question people ask about your trade, written from your own services, area and work. People searching that question find you, and your website keeps growing without you writing a word. You approve each article first, or choose to have them published for you.

Demonstration one-page website for a fictional plumbing business, showing a grid of services with prices and a call button
The live example is on Brook Lane Plumbing, a fictional plumbing and heating business.

What is included

  • One article a week on your website, written from your own services, area, work and photographs, and from the questions your own customers ask
  • Every article is unique to you: it is checked against every other customer's articles so two businesses in the same trade never receive the same piece
  • Each article is checked like any page on your site: nothing claimed that you did not tell us, UK English, and no invented prices or promises
  • You approve each article before it goes live, or switch on automatic publishing in your dashboard
  • Articles appear on a journal page linked from your site, with their own addresses, listed for search engines; with the second-language add-on they are translated too
  • Ask for changes to any article in your own words, as with the rest of your site

What is not

  • It does not promise or guarantee a place in Google or in any AI assistant's answers
  • It does not write about anything you have not told us, write reviews, or use photographs that are not yours
  • It does not post to social media (that is the social posts add-on)

If you switch it off: Articles already published stay on your site; no new ones are written.

Help people and AI assistants find you

Search & AI visibility: £15 a month

Each week we check how your website presents itself to Google and to AI assistants such as ChatGPT, and make small improvements, like making sure your page title and summary say where you work and what you do. Every change is listed in your dashboard with a button to undo it, and once a month you get a plain-English report on whether AI assistants name you.

Demonstration one-page website for a fictional photography studio, showing a six-image gallery, packages with prices and an enquiry button
The live example is on Elm and Lens Photography, a fictional photography studio.

What is included

  • Every week, the platform measures how your business shows up in Google and in AI assistants' answers, then makes small improvements to your site
  • Improvements change only wording, page titles, descriptions, answers to common questions, structured data and links between your pages
  • Every change is listed in your dashboard with a one-tap undo; anything larger goes to your preview for your approval, as any other change does
  • A monthly report in plain English: whether AI assistants name you, how people find you on Google, what changed and what moved

What is not

  • It never changes your facts, prices, promises or anything you told us, and never touches your legal or cookie pages
  • It does not promise or guarantee a place in Google or in any AI assistant's answers
  • It does not run adverts or write reviews

What happens each week

  1. We read your pageas Google and AI assistants see it: its title, its summary and what it says about where you work.
  2. We make up to two small improvementsto wording only, each listed in your dashboard with a one-tap undo.
  3. Once a month, a reportwith charts: whether AI assistants mention you, where you appear on Google and how many people came from it.

Questions people ask

Can customers book a time on my website?

Yes. With online booking, a "Book online" section on your website lets a visitor choose a service and a day and book a free time. A time is never booked twice, and the visitor and you each get an email with a calendar invite.

Does online booking take payment or a deposit?

No. It books the time only. It takes no payment and no deposit, and it does not sync with Google or Outlook calendars.

What information does a booking collect?

Only the visitor’s name, email, an optional phone number and an optional note, which asks them not to include health or other sensitive information. The details are used only for the booking, its confirmation and a reminder the day before.

Can I move or cancel a booking?

Yes. You see every booking in your dashboard, and when you move or cancel one your customer is told automatically.

Does the WhatsApp button cost anything?

No. It is free for every website on the care plan that lists a WhatsApp number. You switch it on or off in your dashboard.

Which number does the WhatsApp button use?

The WhatsApp number you gave us for your website. Change it in your answers and the button follows.

Will the WhatsApp button get in the way of my page?

No. It sits in the bottom corner, clear of your text, buttons and forms, and it can be read by screen readers.

What does the website assistant know about my business?

What your website says and what you told us for it, plus anything you add in your dashboard, such as holiday opening times. When it does not know, it says so and gives your contact details.

Can the website assistant take bookings or quote prices?

It quotes only the prices on your page and never books or promises a time. When a visitor wants something arranged, it passes their details to you and you reply.

Can I see what the website assistant has said?

Yes. Every conversation is in your dashboard. It takes up to 300 conversations a month, and each is kept for a year.

Who writes the journal articles?

We write them from what you have told us about your business and from the questions people search in your trade. Nothing is claimed that you did not tell us, and every article is checked before you see it.

Will another business get the same journal article?

No. Every article is compared with every article written for other businesses, and one that shares too much wording is written again.

What happens to my articles if I switch the journal off?

The articles already published stay on your website. No new ones are written.

What does Search & AI visibility change on my website?

Only how your page presents itself: its title and the summary search engines and AI assistants show. It never changes your facts, prices or promises, or your legal pages.

Can I undo a Search & AI visibility change?

Yes. Every change is listed in your dashboard with a button to undo it, and a change you undo is never made again.

Does Search & AI visibility guarantee a place in Google?

No. Nobody can promise a place in Google or in an AI assistant’s answers. We make your website clearer to them and report what happens.

Which extra pages will my website get?

The ones your own facts support: about you, each service you describe or price, your prices, your questions and answers, and a case study for any job you tell us about. An area page only where you genuinely work there and have something specific to say about it.

Do I approve the extra pages before they go live?

Yes. Each page waits in your dashboard for you to read. It goes live only when you approve it, and you can ask for any change in your own words.

What happens to the extra pages if I switch them off?

They come off your website, and their addresses take visitors to your main page, so no link breaks. We keep them for 90 days, so switching back on restores them.

Whose photos can go in my gallery?

Your own, or ones you have permission to use. You confirm that for each upload. We never add a photo you did not upload, and never a generated picture.

What if someone reports a photo in my gallery?

Anyone can report a photo with the form on the gallery page. It comes off your website at once and we tell you in your dashboard. The rest of your gallery stays as it is.

What happens to my gallery if I switch it off?

The gallery page and its photos come off your website, and its address takes visitors to your main page. We keep your photos for 90 days, so switching back on restores them.

Who translates my website into another language?

An AI model translates it, and every piece is checked so prices, times, phone numbers and your business name stay exactly as they are. You read each language and approve it before it goes live. They are not certified translations.

Which languages can my website be in?

Up to ten from a list that includes Polish, Romanian, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Welsh and more. You can change your choice at any time.

What happens to the translations if I switch the second language off?

The translated pages come off your website. We keep the translations for 90 days, so switching it back on restores them.

Do you post on social media for me?

No. We never post for you. The posts wait in your dashboard with a button to copy the words and one to download the picture, and you post them yourself.

Where do the pictures in the social posts come from?

From your own photographs, cropped to the right size with a band in your colours and your name. We never use a generated photograph as if it were your work; without a photograph of yours, the picture is a plain card in your colours.

What do the social posts say?

Only what your website and your answers to us say: your services, your area, what customers ask. They never invent a price, an offer or a review.
