After 12 months it continues month to month until you cancel. If you are ordering as a consumer, you can still cancel within 14 days of ordering and pay only for what has been supplied.

How it works

Give us your email and your business name. We email you a link to your dashboard.
Answer the questions there (about ten minutes). Within 3 hours of your answers you have a working preview, seen only in your dashboard.
Ask for changes until you are happy.
Approve it and pay, and it goes live. If you do not, nothing is charged, and the preview is removed after 30 days.

Before a page goes live we check you are connected to the business: an email address at the business's own website, a code sent to the address it publishes, or a person checks. One preview per business.

Nothing is paid until you approve your preview, so there is nothing to cancel before then. You pay when you approve it, and it is published at once at your request; if you are a consumer, the page is digital content made to your order and, once it is published, the 14-day right to cancel it no longer applies. The care plan comes with the website and starts on the day you pay, with a 12-month minimum term: you cannot cancel it within those 12 months except as the law allows. If you are a consumer, you can still cancel it within 14 days of paying, and you pay only for what has been supplied up to then. After the 12 months it continues month to month until you cancel. If the published page does not meet the scope and we cannot put it right, we refund you in full.
